Help make a real difference in your community.

Every week, we support a wide range of people through our community and day services – and we couldn’t do it without our amazing volunteers.

Whether you bring personal experience, specific skills, a passion for helping others, or simply enthusiasm for fundraising and events, your time and commitment could make a real difference in someone’s life.

Join our team of volunteers and be part of something that matters. We’d love to hear from you!

Come to one of our open mornings!

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring our activity groups to life!

If you’re passionate about supporting others and making a real difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll play a key role in helping to run and organise our sessions, while encouraging and empowering attendees as they work towards their personal goals for mental health, wellbeing, and recovery.

Tuesdays 1pm – 3pm

If you’re creative and enjoy planning activities, we’d love to hear from you. This role involves helping to plan and deliver simple arts and crafts sessions, preparing materials and encouraging people to get involved. Whether someone is trying something new or rediscovering a hobby, you’ll help build their confidence and make sure everyone feels welcome and able to take part.

Not looking for a full-time commitment? Do you have a few hours to spare to help us at our fundraising events? Are you happy to chat to members of the public? We would love to hear from you!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to join our small fundraising team and help us make a real difference in our community.

If you’re passionate about supporting mental health and enjoy connecting with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll help support our fundraising efforts by building relationships, assisting with fundraising activities, and helping us spread the word about the work we do.

Do you enjoy driving and making a difference in people’s lives?

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable volunteer to help drive our minibus – but it’s more than just getting from A to B. You’ll be offering a safe, supportive journey for our clients, helping them stay connected to vital services, social groups, and the wider community.

Do you have a skill or passion you’d love to share?

Whether it’s yoga, reading, photography, tai chi – or something completely different – we’d love to hear from you! If you’re interested in leading a group or running a session, get in touch.

We’re always looking for fresh, creative ways to support our clients and bring our community together.

Fridays 11am – 1pm

This role is all about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You’ll spend time chatting with attendees, introducing people to one another, helping with refreshments and offering practical support to the group facilitator. Your presence will help people feel included, encouraging conversation and reducing feelings of isolation.
